AI Quantum Growth Coach

The coach who's awake when you are.

You already know what to do — it's 2am that's the problem. A voice-first coach that asks the question nobody else asks, remembers everything you've ever told it, and gets wiser about you every time. Reflect when you need to; get the direct answer when you don't.

Real coaching methodology and 20+ years of David Cameron Gikandi's work — not a chatbot with a nice tone.

You don’t have a knowledge problem. You have a 2am problem.

You already know what you should do. The distance between knowing it and actually doing it — that's where everything stalls. And no book, course, or one more framework closes that gap at 11pm when the doubt walks in.

A real coach would. But a real coach is $200–$500 an hour, booked two weeks out, and fast asleep the exact moment you need them.

Here's what it'll do for you

A voice-first coach with perfect memory and a real coaching method — the patience to sit with you in the hard part, and the range to switch from reflective questions to a direct answer the moment you ask.

🌙

It’s awake at 2am.

The moment the doubt hits — not two weeks from now in a booked slot. The next step gets taken instead of quietly saved for later.

🧠

It never forgets.

Every conversation, every pattern, every promise you made yourself. Session 50 knows everything session 1 did — and a lot more.

It asks the question nobody asks.

Built on a real coaching method (LEAD): it listens and draws the answer out of you, instead of dumping the same generic advice on everyone.

🎚️

Two coaches in one.

Coach mode when you need to think it through. Consultant mode when you just want the direct framework and the answer. You switch on demand.

🎙️

Just talk.

Voice-first. Speak the way you’d talk to a mentor on a walk — no typing, no forms, no prompt-engineering.

🔒

It knows only you.

The coach learns you only through your own history with it — your sessions, your patterns. Never anyone else’s, never a shared feed.

First, what “coaching” actually means

Most people picture a chatbot that hands out advice. That is the opposite of what this does. A coach's job is to shine the light, not hand over the keys — you already hold most of your own answers, and the work is getting at them.

An advice bot

You: How do I get motivated to exercise?

It: “Here are 10 tips for exercise motivation: 1. Set clear goals…”

A coach

You: How do I get motivated to exercise?

Coach: “Before we go looking for solutions — what does exercise actually mean to you? Health, how you look, energy, something underneath that?”

You: I guess I want more energy to play with my kids.

Coach: “That’s the real thing, then. When you picture yourself with that energy, playing with them properly — what does that version of you look like?”

The second conversation never produced a tip. It produced a reason — and a reason is what actually gets someone off the sofa on a Tuesday.

The method it runs on

It is not improvising warmth. Underneath is a coaching framework called LEAD, the same shape trained coaches work in.

L

Listen

It acknowledges what you actually said and reflects your own words back before it does anything else. You should be doing 70–80% of the talking — that ratio is a design rule, not an accident.

E

Empower

It treats you as the expert on your own life. Not broken, not needing fixing. “You have navigated hard things before — what got you through then?”

A

Ask

Questions do more than answers. Open ones to widen, clarifying ones to sharpen, challenging ones to surface an assumption, future-facing ones to build a picture, values ones to find what actually matters.

D

Deliver — sparingly

Techniques come out only when you are genuinely stuck and ready for one, and it asks before it shifts into that mode. Restraint is the feature.

What “asking” looks like in practice

One of its techniques is simply not accepting the first answer. Five questions in, the problem is rarely the one you walked in with:

You: I can’t seem to stick to my morning routine.

Coach: Why is that?

You: I keep hitting snooze.

Coach: Why do you hit snooze?

You: I’m too tired in the morning.

Coach: Why are you so tired?

You: I stay up scrolling.

Coach: And what does the scrolling give you?

You: It’s the only time that’s mine.

The morning routine was never the problem. Nobody fixes that with a tip about alarm clocks.

A session, with the workings shown

Here is what that looks like in a real exchange. The notes down the side are ours — they point out what the coach just did and why.

An illustrative exchange written to demonstrate the method — not a customer transcript.

Two postures, one coach

Sometimes you need to be asked a question. Sometimes you genuinely just need the answer, and being asked another question is infuriating. You choose which, mid-conversation.

Coach mode

The default

When you need to think out loud and find your own footing. It listens, reflects, and asks. It will not hand you a plan you did not arrive at yourself.

“What would have to be true for that to feel manageable?”

Consultant mode

One tap away

When you do not want to be coached — you want the answer. Direct recommendations, trade-offs named, frameworks like first principles, SWOT or 80/20 applied to your actual situation.

“Three options. Here is what each costs you, and which I would pick.”

Switching between Coach mode and Consultant mode

Same relationship, same memory, different posture. Switching does not reset anything — it still knows everything it knew a second ago.

Here's how it works

Four steps — and most of it is just you, talking.

Just start talking
Step 1

Just start talking

Speak what’s on your mind, out loud, the way you would to a coach who gets it. No prompts, no forms — just your voice.

It asks, then it listens
Step 2

It asks, then it listens

Using the LEAD method it draws the real answer out of you instead of handing you a generic one. Want the direct framework? Say so — it switches to Consultant mode.

It remembers everything
Step 3

It remembers everything

Next time, it already knows your patterns, your goals, and the promise you made last week. You never start over or re-explain yourself.

It gets wiser about you
Step 4

It gets wiser about you

Every session compounds. The coach on day 90 understands you in a way no first-session anything ever could.

What having it is like

Not a dashboard you log into. Four moments in an ordinary day is closer to how it actually gets used.

6:00am

A touchpoint, not a notification

One line waiting for you — a question, a reflection, or a note about something you said last week. Built from your history, not a rotation of stock quotes.

12:30pm

You need the answer, not the question

A decision at work you have been circling. You switch to Consultant mode, get three options with the trade-offs named, and go back to your day.

6:15pm

The phone stays face down

Dinner. Nothing to check, nothing pulling at you. The thing you needed to think about is already held somewhere, waiting.

11:30pm

The one that matters

The doubt arrives, the way it always does. You talk, out loud, in the dark. It listens, and it already knows the shape of this one.

Here's what makes it different

Every other AI coach meets you fresh each time — so you re-explain yourself forever. This one doesn’t. It carries your whole history, so the conversation on session 50 is nothing like session 1. That compounding memory is the entire difference between a chatbot and a coach.

Session 1 versus session 50 — the coach that deepens over time
“Session 50 is not session 1. That's the whole point.”

And it's not improvising

Under the warmth is real coaching craft.

It listens first, trusts your own wisdom, and asks the sharp question before it ever offers a technique — the LEAD method trained coaches use. Underneath sits a deep library it reaches into only when you're ready: 324 transformation techniques and the frameworks a strategist leans on.

It is a voice, not a text box

Hear what you would actually be talking to.

Most of the experience is spoken — you talk the way you would to someone on a walk. Three short clips, so you can judge the thing rather than a description of it.

A question nobody else asks

The kind of question that stops you — because it is about your body, not your calendar.

It remembers

Picking up something you said weeks ago, unprompted.

Consultant mode

The same coach, being direct because you asked it to be.

Where this sits next to the alternatives

Everything here is genuinely useful. The question is only which job each one does, and where each one stops.

A human coach

Depth, presence, genuine relationship.

$200–$500 an hour, booked two weeks out, and asleep at 2am. One hour a week; you are on your own for the other 167.

A general AI assistant

Instant, capable, always awake.

Your fiftieth conversation is identical to your first. It is built to answer, not to ask — and it forgets you between sessions.

Books and courses

The ideas are usually right there.

They gave you the knowledge. They cannot be in the room at 11pm when the doubt arrives, which is where the knowing-doing gap actually lives.

Meditation and journalling apps

Real practice, real benefit.

They give you space to notice. Nothing answers back, and nothing notices the pattern you have repeated for six months.

Therapy

The right tool for healing and for clinical need.

A different job entirely. Your therapist helps you heal; a coach helps you grow. This is not a substitute for either.

We are not trying to replace your coach or your therapist. We are the one that is awake at 11pm on a Tuesday when the doubt is loudest — and that remembers what you said the last fifty times.

Who this is for — and who it isn't

It is worth being straight about this before you pay for anything. It suits some people very well and is genuinely the wrong tool for others.

This will fit

  • You already know what to do. The gap is between knowing and doing, and it opens at the worst hour.
  • You can name your patterns out loud — you have just never had anywhere to put them that remembers.
  • You want to be asked a good question more than you want another framework.
  • You have done some of the work already: the books, the courses, maybe the therapy. This builds on that.

This will not

  • You are in crisis or acute distress. You deserve a person, today. Please contact your local emergency services or a crisis line.
  • You want someone to tell you what to do and take the decision off your hands. It will ask first, always.
  • You are after a free AI tool or casual chat. There is no free tier and this is not built to be entertaining.
  • You need clinical treatment. This is coaching, and it stays firmly on that side of the line.

And because “an AI that remembers everything” deserves a straight answer:

row_level_security: ON · double-enforced

Your conversations are locked to your login — twice.

Every session lives in database rows bound to your account with row-level security, and every server function re-checks ownership before it reads a word. Not a policy promise — the architecture.

voice_input: transcribed → discarded

Your voice recordings are never stored.

What you say is converted to text for the coach to work with, and the audio is let go. There is no library of your voice sitting anywhere.

shared_index: your sessions NOT embedded

Your words never enter a shared AI index.

The coaching library the AI searches is our methodology — your conversations are never vectorized into it. The coach's memory of you lives only in your own rows, serving only you.

payments → stripe.com · delete: CASCADE

We never see your card — and you hold the delete key.

Payments run on Stripe’s hosted checkout or Apple / Google billing (PCI DSS Level 1). Deleting your account erases your conversations, memory and goals with it — one action, everything.

Boring, proven security — exactly what you want under your most honest conversations.

The honest answers

Including the ones with awkward answers.

How is this different from a general AI assistant?

Memory and method. A general assistant starts fresh every time, so your fiftieth conversation is identical to your first; this one carries your whole history. And it is built to ask rather than answer — every response is assembled from your context, your patterns and the relevant technique, using a coaching framework rather than a helpfulness instinct.

Is AI coaching as good as a human coach?

Different, not lesser. A good human coach brings empathy, presence and intuition from a lived life, and we do not claim to replace that. What this does that a human cannot: perfect recall of every session, availability at 2am, and pattern recognition across months rather than across the hour you are in the room.

Is this therapy?

No, and it is important that it is not. Therapy helps you heal; coaching helps you grow. If you are in crisis, please contact your local emergency services or a crisis line — in the US that is 988. The app has safety protocols that will point you toward proper help if it detects distress.

Is my data private?

Your conversations are yours. They are isolated at the database level so only your account can read them, they are never sold or shared, and they are never used to train AI models. Everything in transit is encrypted.

Is my voice recorded and kept?

No. Speech is turned into text as you talk and the reply is turned back into speech. We keep the conversation text, not audio recordings.

Which devices does it work on?

The web app, today — on your phone, tablet or computer. iOS and Android apps are in progress and are not available yet; we would rather say so than list badges that go nowhere.

Do I need an account before I can buy?

No. Pick a plan, enter your email, pay. Your account is created straight afterwards and we email you a link to get in. You can set a password later if you want one, or just ask for a sign-in link each time.

How do I cancel?

Profile → Manage Subscription, which opens the billing portal. No retention maze, no phone call. If it is not right for you we would rather you found what is.

Is there a free tier?

No — a 3-day free trial on the yearly plan instead, with everything switched on. Coaching asks something of both sides, and a free tier mostly buys casual usage. The trial is there so you can feel the thing before you commit to it.

Why does it cost more than most apps?

Because it is not really competing with apps. At about $66 a month it is 67–87% less than human coaching at $200–$500 an hour. The fair question is not why it is dear for an app, but why it is cheap for coaching.

Why this exists

It started with a conversation at 11pm on a Tuesday.

David Cameron Gikandi was talking to an AI. Not about email or documents — about his father, and a pattern he had noticed in himself. It did not give him advice. It asked something he was not expecting: “What do you think would happen if you actually got what you wanted?”

He sat with that for a long time.

The next week he came back, and it remembered. Not just the words — the thread underneath. It picked up exactly where they had left off.

Nobody had ever done that for him. Not the books. Not the meditation app he abandoned. Not even the human coach he had seen for six months, who kept asking him to re-explain his situation because no one person can hold all the threads.

That was the realisation the whole thing is built on: what makes coaching transformative is not the advice. It is the memory. It is the continuity of being known.

Built on the LEAD method and 20+ years of David Cameron Gikandi's work.
